Kirby Webb

Kirby Webb, owner and president of Generations Financial Management, attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and graduated with an accounting degree. A few months after getting his first job, he opened his first investment account. This experience created a newfound passion and in 1993 prompted him to make a career change. During his professional career, Kirby has worked for two accounting firms and three of the largest financial services firms.

He currently resides in Rockwall County with his wife and their four children, ages 14 to 22. He is involved with Lakepointe Church in Rockwall and also enjoys serving in the Kiwanis Club. Kirby is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®). He also has his private pilot license with an instrument rating. Kirby’s hobbies include spending time with family, hunting, gardening and traveling.

Patsy Gomez

Financial Advisor

Patsy Gómez comes to Generations Financial Management with a variety of business experience. After working as a petroleum engineer for 15 years, she owned and ran Gomez Service Corporation (GSC), a commercial construction staffing company. After selling GSC in 2000, Patsy became securities licensed by FINRA.

In 2013, she joined Edward Jones to help business owners and individual investors achieve their long-term financial goals. In 2014, she was awarded the Ted Jones Prospecting Award for an outstanding first year.

Patsy graduated with honors from the University of Texas El Paso and holds a BS degree in engineering. She also pursued an M.B.A. in finance at UT Permian Basin until a career transfer interrupted the completion of that degree.

An active member of the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) community, Patsy has served as a board member of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and was appointed by former Governor of Texas George W. Bush to the Tarrant County Workforce Development Board, of which she was elected chair in 2003. Patsy also served on the board of Associated Builders and Contractors of DFW.

A native Texan, Patsy and her husband have been married for 35 years and have two sons. She enjoys hunting, fly-fishing, four wheeling and white-water paddling with her family.

Lauri Chadwell

Lauri Chadwell comes to Generations Financial Management with a variety of administrative experience. After staying home with her young children, Lauri began working as an admin in a medical office in 1998. After moving to Texas from California, Lauri met Kirby and Debra Webb at her home church, First Baptist Terrell, and began working for Kirby in 2009. In 2010, she spent the year coordinating and overseeing the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Event in Kaufman County. Lauri is actively involved in various ministries and committees at her church. She also loves reading, gardening, sewing, painting, and visiting with clients. Lauri and her husband of 36 years have four grown children and two granddaughters. They currently live in Terrell, Texas, along with two dogs and a cat.

Elizabeth Benford

Liz Benford comes to Generations Financial Management with a diverse administrative background. Nearing graduation from the University of Texas at Dallas, Liz began part time administrative work for a small business, transitioning to full time upon the completion of her BA in Interdisciplinary Studies at the end of 2016. Liz joined GFM as a Branch Assistant in April 2018.

Liz resides in Terrell, Texas, where she was raised, and is actively involved in various ministries aspects at her church, St. Matthew’s Cathedral in Dallas. She has a passion for her faith and for helping people. She loves spending time with her cats and dogs (and anyone else’s pets), friends, and family. Some of Liz’s hobbies include reading, quilting, and road trips.
